Tower Foremen manage the day-to-day activities of a group of Tower Technicians. We are looking for someone who has the necessary experience and willingness to take a hands-on approach in leading their team through demonstration and oversight.

The Tower Laborer is primarily responsible for installing and maintaining antenna systems/communication systems in accordance with client MOPs & requirements. This employee will also assist the foreman in a variety of other tasks and have the opportunity to train other crew members.
Motive is expanding in Sacramento and looking for Tower Laborers to join our CA team.
The Tower Laborer, or Tower Technician, will have a hands-on role that will include climbing and working on communications towers for the purpose of installing, replacing, and repairing antenna systems equipment. There is a lot of opportunity to learn and move into new roles from this employee’s position!
