Dream Street provides camping programs for children and young adults with chronic and life-threatening illnesses.

Motive Companies has supported Dream Street for 13 years, hosting an annual charity golf tournament. We not only host, volunteer, and collect donations and auction items, but also send employees to the Dream Street Camp in Ojai to help out and spend time working the camping events.

Music Movement develops and funds music-centric programs, scholarships, and events to improve the lives of young people with Autism and learning differences.

Motive Companies attends and sponsors Music Movement’s Annual West Coast Golf Tournament each year and was able to attend their East Coast Golf Tournament for the first time this year. Our CEO, Bob Istwan, and 5 other Motive Companies team members are part of the Music Movement Founders Club and continually support the organization through donations, support, and spreading the word on all they do.

Motive Companies supports Orangewood Foundation, a privately funded non-profit organization that serves over 2,000 foster and community youth annually.

Founded in 1981, the Orangewood Foundation programs and services focus on health & wellness, housing, life skills & employment, and education.

Through the direction and leadership of Bob Istwan, Motive Companies’ President and CEO, an active board member of Orangewood Foundation, we have had the opportunity to develop a deeper connection with the organization. We are proud to work with Orangewood to develop partnerships that support our local community, such as working with Samueli Academy to offer summer internships to high school students.
